"I did a return at Target in Warren. Waited over 30 minutes with 3 people in front of me and 9 behind me. Only 1 person at desk and 2 sorting 1 basket that had a few things in it hut did not help the guy at desk. Someone finally got angry from behind me and said you need to call for help we all have been waiting a half hour now. The girl said let me call someone instead of her or the other lady helping him. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Won’t be back!"

But my experience with the cashier, who was patient enough to allow me to download the Target app while nobody was in line behind me, was beyond my expectations.
