Universal Nonstop

"My son wanted to have a birthday party here so I booked the event and the party was today. I chose the standard package ($249), which does not come with a host or food/beverage which was fine because I wasn’t sure how many people would be coming so I was planning to buy the food the day of. Today when we got there everything was okay until it was time to order food. The cafe was out of pizza! Since our party turned out to be about 40 people, pizza was really the best option to feed a large number of people without it being too costly. I went to the event desk and advised them that the cafe was out of pizza and asked what my opinions were because I was really hoping to get pizza to feed my party. At first the manager said that he was sorry, but I would have to buy whatever the cafe had because they do not allow outside food unless it’s a small cheese and cracker tray, but I’ll have to pay $50 to bring the tray in. I reiterated what he had advised, and made it known that I had a large group of people and paying $10 for a 5 piece of wing ding for everyone is too much and I refuse to do so. He then walked me to the cafe where he confirmed them being out of pizza. He apologized again, then I asked if I could go pick up my own pizza. After giving it some thought for a second, he made the exception, but stated he would need to charge me $50 still!!!! Nothing against him, but why am I being charged $50 to bring in pizza that as an establishment, you’re supposed to have??? I would never bring nor recommend anyone of my friends or family to this establishment again. Pitiful!!!!"

"Had my baby bday party here last night, I paid 350. The 1st problem was how rude the ppl was at the counter, when we arrived, he had a smart mouth and said why you late, second is we paid 350 online they say, balloons and favor bags, we did not get either, host ignored us about the favor bags and blatenly said they don't provide balloons, she never checked on us brought pizza and drinks and that was is, this is my second time here since they opened after being kicked out when they 1st open because of my sexual orientation my girlfriend bent over infront of me to pick up her phone and the security came and jumped in our face and told us we shouldn't be doing that here, everyone in line said they felt no offense when asked for a manager he told us to leave and come back another day."

"Horrible. We came in ready to drop money. Glad we tested the waters with Go Karts because after that we clearly knew we would be leaving. The employees seem dazed and very very very lax about their job. A lot of them were glued to their phones and just sitting. The owner is just paying people to point and sit basically. The safety protocols are completely up to the guests. A few kids weren't even buckled in for Karts. They are more concerned about safety at the entrance then safety on the rides. Says everything you need to know about this place."

"We had a lot of fun with our 3 year old granddaughter. The last time we went, she was a little too small and didn't get much enjoyment out of this great place. We will for sure be returning in the future."

"Nice place for a kids' party. Bowling was a hit. They have bumpers for kids and the guild thing. All of the food was good. Make sure if you want a party room to call the number on the website and LEAVE A MESSAGE. They denied us a room. We called the day of (last minute) and didn't leave a message because we didn't expect they would return our call in time. None the less the kids had a great time, and we just cut the cake and ate ice cream at home."
