7-Eleven

"Coming back from vacation taking my sister to her home at the end of the 4 Hour Drive. We stopped to use the restroom at this store and then wanted to purchase a few things and was told no they have no restroom. We don’t do that here. What do you mean you don’t do that here? Never been in a 7-Eleven that didn’t have a bathroom for public to use so I don’t know if it’s just this one certain 7-Eleven or I’ve just been in nicer ones that actually, you know are considerate to their customers and allow them to use the restroom. Obviously we didn’t stay to make our purchases because we needed to find somewhere to use the restroom and bought from that store. I do like certain items from 7-Eleven better, and some that you can’t get anywhere else, but I’m not going to give my money to a proprietor of a business that wont allow a customer a basic necessity."

"First 7-Eleven they won’t let you use your bathroom to wash your hands. Bought few slices of pizza, got my hands all greasy and ask if I can use their bathroom and they said “ We don’t have one” Not the best experience either!"

"I was literally hung up on and the reason the guy gave me was I'm super busy I gotta go. There was 2 customers in the store and non of which were at the register. I asked for the carton price and he gave me a pack price. When I asked again what the price on the carton was I was hung up on. Ver y rude and unprofessional. I won't be bringing my business there especially on a carton of cigarettes. I was in the parking lot when this took place. Instead of being confrontational I decided to just let this review do the speaking."

"I've been working as an amazon driver since the pandemic started and unfortunately us drivers have to rely on public bathrooms. Usually people see I'm driving an amazon van and see I have my vest on and understand, but this is the first place to tell me I can't use their restroom. This delays all the stops on my route & I ended up wasting time trying to find a more understanding location. Anyways, thanks for the empathy. *sarcasm*"

"Staff is very nice. Store however is FILTHY! Coffee and Slurpee area looks like is hasn't been wiped down in months. This is also a red flag as to when the machines were last cleaned properly. If it's not packaged consume at your own risk."
