"I called a couple of days before Christmas to see if they had 2 books in stock. As with many places, I expected the phone to ring forever, or to be on hold for a long time. Neither happened. I was extremely blown away by how quickly I was served both over the phone and again when I made it to the store shortly after. I love how efficient and helpful the team members are. "Its a nice used book store. They have a pretty good selection of things to choose from. The staff has always been welcoming and friendly any time I've been there. I've been going here since they first opened. The only reason they are getting 4 stars is because they are an absolute rip off if you try to sell anything to them. I understand they have to make profit but their offers are comical. If you're wanting to buy go for it great place but if you're trying to sell anything go somewhere else."
