"I have carried insurance with "Affordable" for many years. They are never too busy, they always answer their phone, and the staff is very polite and patient. And their insurance policies sum up why they carry the name "Affordable Insurance".. This particular establishment is conveniently located right across from the license branch in downtown Elkhart. You can pay reinstatement fees there also. Five Stars all day!"

Refused (exact words) to answer question when I needed to know if the paperwork for an accident was handled when they had 17 days to do it. Their answer? They wouldnt tell me if I was ok, or say or yes or no to answer if I would be fine, since they had everything they needed well before the state guidelines. When I said just tell me if I am ok she said I was harrassing her. So if you want to pay for insurance, up front, for a year, get into an accident and be sure they will do their job, find another company. The worst customer service experience I have ever had hands down. So many negative stars that they owe me a few back. I just HAD to leave at least one[/quote] that was left for the goshen location, but the elkhart location is equally just as horrible with the whole providing information and service to customers who have problems that paid almost a year in advance. if you want to give people money with virtually nothing in return, give it to a drunken meth head instead....you might feel better about the experience. I had to give one star. none are deserved. I assume all locations for this company equally suck....and I stop trying to get more info and help after contacting two locations so maybe I am wrong.. but I value my time, if you do too, dont even bother.....you will waste it"
