"Prices kept coming up wrong at checkout. Employees couldn't explain it. The manager couldn't explain it. Everything is overpriced. Nothing of real utility, you're better off going to Walmart or Meijer unless you need their printing or shipping services."

"Waited over an hour for my small order that was placed yesterday. When I arrived they said it just needed folded. After waiting awhile, I find out that their machine was faulty. They told me to wait 5 minutes, as I offered to come back another time. They then called someone for help, but, rather than helping me he helped the other people in line after me and left my order unworked, then proceeds to leave me standing there still waiting. I had to throw a fit in the store to get someone to work on my order, and then left with only half of my printing and told them to just charge my company and let me leave because their delay caused me to be late to a $1000+ event I have scheduled this evening!! I’ve never been so disappointed in Staples. I’m a marketing director for a huge real estate company - will never use Staples printing services again after this. No wonder stores are closing. In hindsight, I should have demanded a full refund + the product, since the guy (who didn’t help me) didn’t charge the people who came in after me for their inconvenience. He slunked away to his back room after making eye contact with me and seeing I was livid. Horrible horrible horrible."

"I went in to return some items to Amazon. Delilah at the shipping counter was SO helpful, nice and patient with me. Ellie in the print department was also so friendly and happy to answer my questions. The cashier at the front was amazing too! Hands down some of the best customer service, I will definitely be back in the future!!"
