"Went there to learn about the RTA cabinets they offer. Thought I would give my business to a local retailer instead of an online company. The person in the store in Sterling Heights acted like I was bothering her. She was not only condescending, but seemed annoyed that i was there. She sat at her desk and pointed at things across the room. When I asked if she could compare prices for the models I was interested in she said all our pricing is custom. Why have a showroom if the people there aren't willing to politely answer questions and help customers?"
