"Broken elevators restroom out of order walls need cleaning very run down"

"Went for interview got lost got finding the office in the Samaritan Building. I explained this to the person to interview me Ieshsa "she wouldn't take me for interview Shocked!!!I called and spoke to Nick the person that set up interview and he didn't want to hear anything I had to say he talked over me and started to laugh very disrespectfully and then hung up on me. Great group of people you have working with Austic !!! If I were a parent of a child I would certainly think twice about bringing my child to Samaritan for treatment. If this is how they treat people for being late for an interview that was very difficult to find .This definitely says Alot to me about this place!!! Not a very good impression!!! "I have had two experiences at Samaritan behavioral center and the second time was worse than the first. Both time was horrible. The place is filthy and the chemical cleaning products they did use were putrid! After the cleanup staff finally cleaned up there was still mess and grime everywhere. The food is horrible never had jail food but I’d imagine it would taste and look like this. The staff treats the patients like we don’t matter and they could care less about being at work! The doctor was damn near not there to see us he did video visits and never answered any questions. The staff had no explanation to why they were keeping us for 2 sometimes 2 1/2 weeks and they pumped us with medication/ drugs all day long! Worst facility ever. Should be shut down immediately. If I could give this place a -16 stars I would!"

"You are greeted by a guard, treated respectfully, and my grandson dr is very friendly and fun. She actually had a conversation with him 3 years old and listened to him very patient took her time."

"Out of town working and visiting relatives. My first experience with this center is positive. Plenty of parking and the security staff is friendly and helpful. Was surprised to find out inside the main building is a beauty salon and makeup artist. The salon stylist was professional and knowledgeable. She was able to create a beautiful wrap style with my long hair. I walked around and noticed other small businesses located throughout the facility. Looking forward to my next visit."
