"Greeted as we entered, but no pressure to buy. We walked around by ourselves finding what we wanted and our sales associate Buddy assisted with the purchase explaining our options, again with no pressure to upgrade. He clearly explained all the paperwork prior to having us sign."

"Experience was not very good. our sales person was very nice at first and we ordered a sectional, and when it finally was delivered, it was a mess it would not hook up. It had tears in the fabric too much money for the junk We received! Our sales person Antonio told us we would not get our money back. We had to pick another set from them which I thought was ridiculous because this is our money and I did not want to order from them again, but we did. we found a set on sale which we did get the difference back! Very nice set we were told we would get prioritized did not feel like we were prioritized took longer than expected to get Was told I couldn’t get the color I wanted, it to be $2000 more, also I had to keep calling to see what the status was. If it was even ordered Antonio did not keep in touch with me like he said. The new furniture came in and needs repairs nothing major but still they promised nothing would be wrong with this set and we’d be priority and we totally did not feel like that. Overall, I do like this furniture I have kept it we’ll see what happens within this year having it. Would probably not order from them again. Seen there such a high end furniture place, and didn’t feel like we were taking care of appropriately."
