"I'm totally into using the drive-thru pickup here. Orders are always ready super fast and there's never a long wait at the pickup spot. Just a heads up though it can get pretty busy with long checkout lines depending on the time but the employees are very helpful."

"I had to return an item I bought it at a different location. I had emails from the other store letting me know my order was picked up. I didn't have m try receipt or the card I charged my purchase on. The Customer Service lady was very polite, nice, and patient. She asked if any of my emails had the order number? I looked and one of the we mails did. So she was able to process m ty return."

"This is generally a great Target – clean, well-stocked, efficient pickup service! My only issue is it's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. Doesn't matter what time of day you call or what department you're attempting to contact. I don't think I've ever once had someone answer the phone. (Yes this is a busy season for them, but it's actually an ongoing problem.) My most recent issue is that my pickup order was marked "picked up," but I mostly certainly didn't pick it up. (Have never had that happen before!) It's not a big deal, but I can't get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue, and I'm pretty annoyed that as a result I believe I'm going to have to drive to the store and wait in line to talk to customer service. Just not something I want to have to deal with this time of year."
