"Sales was very knowledgeable and honest about the practicality of various features of the Blaze King / Princess wood stove. They delivered 2.5 hours away to our home in the Upper Peninsula (Michigan). Wood stove was heavily wrapped during transport for protection. Before delivery, a wood box was built and used to protect the bottom of the wood stove while on the dolly. Delivery team was very professional, and careful of our floors (laid down tarps and plywood for the dolly to move over the floor). After set-up, the delivery team spent a good amount of time talking through the operations of the wood stove, provided practical advice for maintenance and answered our additional questions on chimney maintenance. Highly recommend !"
