"I had an absolutely dreadful experience at the F1 Racing facility. My family and I arrived promptly at 5:30 for our scheduled 6:00 race time, eager to enjoy an evening of fun. We were two families, each with two parents and two excited kids, ready for some adrenaline-pumping racing action. To our astonishment, the staff at F1 Racing didn't even allow us to start our race until 6:30, a full half-hour past our reservation time. What's worse, they prioritized allowing adults to race before us, despite our reservations being made for our entire families. It felt like a blatant disregard for our time and our expectations. But the nightmare didn't end there. Throughout the evening, they continually "forgot" about our group. It was as if we were invisible to the staff. We patiently waited for our turn while all types of people went before us, including those who arrived later. The blatant favoritism was both frustrating and disheartening. By the time it was finally our turn to race, it was already 8:30, two and a half hours after our initial arrival. Our children, who had been eagerly anticipating their final race, were left disappointed and exhausted. The whole experience was a chaotic mess, and it was clear that the management lacked the organization and professionalism needed to run a successful racing event. In summary, our visit to F1 Racing was a complete disaster. The extreme delays, the preferential treatment of other customers, and the overall lack of attention to our group's needs made for a truly terrible time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values their time and wants a seamless racing experience. 0/5 stars. I wish I spent my $300 on someplace that cared about their customers."

"My first experience with K1 was pretty good, but my second was much less that stellar. When we arrived we were told there would be about a 45 minute wait from that time. We got all signed in and paid for everything, and given the time frame, were told it would now be about a 20-25 minute wait. Over an hour and a half later we were still waiting. My husband went and asked if we would be called anytime soon and was told there were a number of parties that came through and the cars needed charging and so on. The problem is that they were letting people who had come in after us through as well as only letting groups of 3 or 4 go. There were only 2 in our party. We could have gone with anyone. After over an hour and a half, my husband asked again when our group was going, they said we were down on the list. He spoke with some who agreed that our group of 2 could go with another group that was currently going. When we finally went, the karts were set at slow speeds only accelerating twice for less than a 10 seconds each time. This was a terrible experience, and despite being close to home will likely not be revisited"

"We went there for an adult birthday party. We had a group of 8. Everyone working was super kind and very informative. They do stop the tracks if someone does get bumped and makes sure they are okay. I appreciate it. All in all we had a great time and it was super fun. The bathroom next to you was gross but I'm pretty sure that's not your establishment/problem."

"My daughter and I went tonight for the first time. We had a blast. We were welcomed by Kendall she was awesome. Took the time explaining how things worked, answered all of our questions and checked on us throughout our visit. She made sure we had a good coach for axe throwing (Josh). He was awesome and took good care of us too. We rode the go carts 5 times and I think they are the fastest go carts I've ever driven. We were there for about 4.5 hours, enjoyed every minute. We highly recommend you visit K1 Speed. Maybe we'll see you there!!!"
