"Attended a birthday party for my granddaughter on 2-18-24. There were hundreds of people there on a Sunday. There was limited staff and everything was unorganized. The pizza looked good but had no flavor. The reason for my review is that I caught the flu from there, and I guarantee it was from the dirty bathroom. The bathroom by the concession stand was filthy with grime on the walls and had sticky floors. Clean the place up with some disinfectant. Even then, I won't go back."

"The staff was wonderful. Our kids had a situation happen with other guests while playing laser tag that made their round a disappointment and they let our kids go in for another round. We really appreciated this and will definitely be back."

"Great place to have fun with the kids. Jumping on trampoline, wall climb, obstacle course & arcade. Laser tag. Kids had a blast. No water fountains. Bring your own water bottles. Be ready to spend 30 to 50 bucks a kid but for 1 to 3 hours.. it's worth it. They are so tired after."

"I took my four year old daughter here for our first time. The place was great! There was a lot to do if you just want to jump and let your kids play. A good value for sure! it was only $40 for two adults and a child. The place was packed but it was a Saturday. There were some older boys there preteen or teenagers..Being kind of rough in the dodgeball area and she got hit in the face. So I don't recommend that area for smaller ones. Unfortunately there were not many rules being followed and nobody watching the area except customers. perhaps maybe a "lifeguard" on duty would help. otherwise i had a decent experience. there was only pizza available i believe, and the arcade section could have been a little better."

"My family and I purchased the Platinum monthly pass and it is so worth it! We used to come here every so often with our three kids and they have a blast! We are a blended family so we have the kids off and on with different schedules so getting the pass allowed us to come whenever we want and with whatever kid combination that we have! With the pass whether we come for 30 minutes or 3 hours it is a great time. It pays for itself with the first visit! I love that you can reserve your times and the way they manage it makes it so you don't have a million people there all at once! I have two younger children so that makes it nice not to have to worry about them getting ran over! All of the staff has always been super amazing and helpful. And they have the patience of saints! We will definitely be purchasing the monthly passes when these ones expire!"
