"shady business. ordered via amazon, package made it as far as the first fedex scan and never to be seen again. based on the reviews i've read this seems to be a pattern of behavior. I have a hard time believing you want to solve the problem, the package never made it past the drop off which is at most 3.5 miles from your location and hasn’t moved in 2 weeks which you could have addressed before I am required to go thru a refund process (after never receiving a response from your company)."

"The prices were great, the toolboxes were good quality and very sturdy. We received one and not the other so I called the company and they fixed the issue right away. We had the other within a week. Everyone was so courteous and helpful."

"Just really be careful when you order they have some sort a stupid policy that when you order a very expensive tool, they don’t make FEDEX get a signature or send it to a FEDEX warehouse to get it just sits on your front door so someone can steal it and then don’t care if it’s taken because they think it’s out of there responsibility anymore, and when you call to ask to get them to get FEDEx to hold the package they say because of the price of the tool they can’t tell FedEx to do this. Really piss poor customer service when it comes to this. Also managers don’t call back and when they say sorry nothing I can do they just stop emailing, talking or anything so be careful when ordering."

"Terrible is an accurate description. I've just printed the label for my second return of an $800 tool box. Pathetic, after I specifically requested with your "support" to add additional packing for it because I already had to pay $11 to send the first one back due to it falling apart so badly they wouldn't ship it. Now here I am again."

"Be aware don’t buy from these people they’ll sell you used junk and when it comes time to return it, it’s almost impossible to get a hold of them and they’ll scam you out of your money. I ordered a battery charger a few months back When I got it, I plugged it in and nothing worked So I called them and tried to get a return for the battery charger and once I was able to finally get a hold of somebody I got a return label and was able to ship it back, but when it came to shipping it back, I had to buy a new box because the previous box that it was shipped in use them copper 2 inch staples to close the end So the end of the box got ripped off after a month went by and still no refund I was able to get a hold of them finally again and they told me that they could only refund me either 50% because it wasn’t shipped back in the original box or they would could send me the charger back to me this place is a joke and a scam"
