For market price, you get everything you could need and think of asking for. This is my first time experiencing renting a property on my own and starting a family. I thank Chestnut for the smooth transition and the open welcome to the community. The community here is very quiet and peaceful. Can’t forget safe !"

"The Chestnut Court apartments is one of the best apartments in the City of Wayne. I’ve lived here for about 4 months now. The rent is very reasonable for the area it’s located at and only 4 miles from the DTW Airport. There’s a Marketplace, Metro PCS, Cash Advance, Fish & Chicken, Barber Shop, Family Dollar, Liquor Store, CVS and two gas stations with 500 ft of the Apartments. Do you literally don’t have to travel for basic items. Quality of life: The interior comes with up-to-date appliances, carpeting, and whatever else depicted in the showroom photos online. The office Clerk is a lovely young lady named Melissa, very respectable & kind individual and does her best to take care of your needs. Dennis is one of best Ground Keepers here as well. I normally speak with him for a couple of moments each time I see him. Very Professional, respectable, and knowledgeable as well. THE STAFF IS AWESOME HERE! Throughout the day, it’s pretty quite and same with that nighttime. The community is very mixed here. All types of folks live here and surprisingly peaceful. I’ve never had any strong odors invade my property either btw. Which is also smooth. You may here a neighbor’s TV playing if you listen very closely thru the walls, but generally it’s never been an issue for me. My neighbors are like super polite here as well! I’ve had some good conversations with other tenets here. I’ve heard a few rumors about crime but I’ve never seen or heard of anything actually happening here. The exterior is well maintain with the exception of a few debris littered by people, but it is normally picked up the following morning. It seems like the garbage truck comes twice a week here. When the trash bins gets full…. Normally it’s emptied within a day or so. Ready to move in?"

"They moved me in an apartment infested with fleas a few years back and my life hasn’t been the same since. I’ve had to throw out everything I’ve owned multiple times because the infestation was so bad that if I decided to keep one shoe it would infest my entire home, furniture, etc. I contacted them a while back to ask for any help they could provide and nothing happened. I lived there for a year which was great until I requested a two bedroom apartment since I was having a child. At only a week old my baby, her dad, and I all were bit. I’ve purchased new furniture & home decor about 3x in the past couple years. This complex ruined my life and had absolutely no remorse. Around the time that I was preparing to move into a two bedroom I was also a victim of the stolen money orders and had ended up paying rent twice. I didn’t receive that money back until about 1 year later. Only to move in an apartment that wasn’t livable. All the new stuff I purchased for my newborn child, gone. The property manager was so rude and careless. She spent most of the time threatening me to pay rent or she’ll evict me when the living conditions were uninhabitable and we were in hotels or staying with parents. I put this complex on an application for another home, when they call she gives horrid reviews that makes landlords skip over me. Everything can be move in ready, just waiting on references until they call them. I can’t believe someone could ruin my life, have no care in the world for even a newborn baby, and ruin every possibility for me to move and cost me thousands. I’m sure most of it is racially motivated… just wow."
