"Very poor customer service We were excited to get new countertops in all of our bathrooms from Lakeside Surfaces. We reviewed and signed a contract and paid in full. On the day of our installation, workers did significant damage to our drywall with large holes in the wall. They intended to simply cover it up with backsplash. When we said that we would like it fixed before backsplash is installed, the workers left for the day and told us that we would hear from the office the next day. The next day, a woman from the office calls and tells us that they will not fix the damage they caused AND that their accounting department had erroneously missed a line item in our original invoice (which had been agreed to by both parties and paid in full) and that they were now charging us an additional $300. Our installation is incomplete, our bathroom is not usable and Lakeside Surfaces refuses to accept responsibility for damage they caused or their own accounting oversight. They have made multiple mistakes and refuse to acknowledge or correct them. This reflects very poorly on their professionalism as a company. I would strongly advise against working with Lakeside Surfaces. Take your business elsewhere."
