"I'm not a contractor. I came here to browse tile for my tile guy to order for our new kitchen. The woman working seemed to be annoyed that I wanted to take some samples home. She appeared to order some samples to be shipped to my home but they never came. She talked down to me and was not wearing a mask but I was required to. Not good customer service for residential home owners just looking to browse."
"Alan B. at Daltile went above and beyond helping us get samples that we needed. I had stopped in and worked with someone previously, right before Covid-19 started seriously impacting things. Due to C-19, my samples never arrived. I reached back out and Alan was extremely helpful getting us the tile samples even though he was not the one I worked with in the beginning. He was prompt in his communication and provided great service. Thank you!"
