"Our townhome complex recently contracted out a window replacement through this company. It seems that, during the replacement, the technician dropped and shattered the old window inside our unit. This incident was not shared with us, even though I was home for the entire process, and the technician apparently decided not to clean it up. This was all discovered when I found a 6 inch shard of glass on my workout bench and smaller shards spread throughout my basement and dog toy basket. While I understand accidents happen it is completely ridiculous to leave a 6 inch shard of glass in a customers home. At the very least I would have appreciated being told the old window was shattered inside and to watch for glass shards. If you need glass replaced I suggest finding someone else."
