"Lowe's Clearly Does Not Want To Talk To Their Customers. Try calling into a Lowe's and getting the information you need in less than 3 calls. Amazingly bad auto-receptionist. When I have a large project the last thing I want to do is spend 30 min trying to get to a human to get an answer. The rest of this project and all future projects will be done with Home Depot or Menards."

"We ordered a fridge from Lowe’s and it was suppose to be delivered 4 days later. That day comes around and we don’t receive our fridge. I called customer service at our local office and they had me call another number and then another number and so on, no one could give me an explanation. I finally was able to reschedule our delivery for 2 days later and I call to confirm that it would be delivered that morning, turns out the third party they use would not be delivering it that day. Again no explanation, just that it wasn’t on their route. At this point we decide that we want to cancel our order. 30min later and 7 more phone calls and we finally get our order cancelled. The one-star is for Matt over in Lowe’s in GR (I believe it’s the Kentwood location) that finally helped explain to me what was wrong on their end and helped answer all my questions. (To you Matt, thank you!) We cancelled our order and will not be ordering major appliances or anything with a large delivery from Lowe’s again."

"I went to get a garage door opener and had to take it back and get another one due to not all parts were there. Then after getting the 2nd one nearly assembled, had to go back again because 1 of the pieces was damaged. But this didn't stop all the good customer service staff that handled the situation to help me out with replacing the part. Great service with no hassle ever. 5 star"

"I was looking at crown molding options. Their prices are similar to other "box stores," but what I liked is that there were people who seemed to actually know what they were talking about for assistance. Unlike the first store I went to, where I was unable to find anyone except the one person monitoring the 4-6 self-service check-outs."
