"I called one day to inquire about some bulk paint orders and was basically mansplained by a guy named Jeff. He seemed very impatient, definitely rude and had no desire to earn my business. My client met me there after their sale started and the man behind the counter was helping another customer. He did not look at either of us, or even say hello. Nada. It's as if we weren't there. We went about our business and were in there about 10 minutes. Another gentleman came from behind the back and started assisting the existing customer. Again, no one looked at us, offered to help, or pretended to care in the slightest. We both decided to take our business elsewhere and on our way out I let them know the reason we were leaving was because no one even glanced at us until they saw our backsides. You never know who your customer is, what their project needs are, or what their budget is UNLESS YOU ASK. SW left some money, quite a bit actually, on the table and I don't plan to be back. As me and my clients businesses grow, we will choose to work with companies who value our business. Sherwin Williams has been eliminated from that list."
