From their online support, to in-store sales assistance, to their free home delivery and mattress haul away; one cannot go wrong by purchasing a mattress from JS. Initially, we took the JS online quiz, and were provided a few affordable mattress options. A sales representative contacted me immediately to begin the process of picking out a mattress. Our information was forwarded to their Muskegon store, where my husband and I were headed to look at the selection of mattresses. We were greeted by Chris, our salesman, who immediately showed us to the mattresses that best suited our needs. There were no high-pressure sales speeches. We did, however, splurge on ourselves and purchased the luxury plush Kingsbury mattress by The Regent Collection. We absolutely love our mattress and have slept never better. Both the Jonathan Stevens’ online sales associate, Joe, and Muskegon store salesman, Chris, were professional, and very knowledgeable about all of the mattress lines, types, and comfort types. We were so pleased with the fact that the mattress was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan USA. We love the fact that we bought locally, in which the product is actually made in West Michigan. Finally, the delivery was phenomenal too! The delivery crew arrived on the earlier side of the delivery window, and they were in and out so quickly, and had the bed all set up perfect!
