"We were looking for new kitchen cabinets for our cabin. Rebecca in the cabinet department was so helpful! She offered design ideas, ways to save money, and she even helped us wheel the cabinets out and load them! If I could give her 10 stars I would!! We ended up getting the in-stock hickory cabinets. So easy that they were all available and they are beautiful! The price of the hickory cabinets came in less than the in stock (not hickory) cabinets the competitor offers. Highly recommend, what a great experience all around!"

"Ordered a pickup. Went to customer service and had 3 people sitting with hands in their pockets acting likeni wasnt even there. I initiated conversation to pick up the order. got 12 pieces of shiplap and a vacuum. 3 of the shiplap pieces were damaged and when I asked to replace them I was told they are "in the back corner somewhere or in the parking lot," followed by laughter. Spent 400$ at a store that doesn't care about product or customer service."

"Needed assistance, Sam, the employee, not only helped us but directed me to what isles I needed to go to to get what I needed. He also had a conversation with my husband about the military service, as they both had the same rank. He deserves a raise. Lowe's on Sherman in Muskegon Mich."

"Every employee we had interaction with was extremely friendly and helpful. It was very cold and snowing outside. We purchased several heavy doors. Without our even asking, two employees came right out and volunteered to help us load them. I can not say enough about the excellent customer service we received today."
