"Called the day before for an appointment to have 4 new tires put on. Michael confirms this and tells me to arrive at 9am (open) Friday and they’ll have that ready. Friday 9am comes, no one other than a gentleman who appears to be the owner behind the front desk, running it! He asks what I’m there for and I ask if he was Michael, he replies with “I am today” or something other. Long story edited, a bunch of walk ins arrive, half of which had appointments, some also for tires, all get in and out with a quickness. The man behind the counter handled all interactions from phone, part drop offs, walk ins plus moving cars in & out of the garages. Very busy little shop. Wait time was a bit high, but it was a Friday and the start of Memorial Day weekend. Great service!"
