"I ordered a custom hickory kitchen countertop, using the store sample as a reference. When the counter arrived, it did not at all resemble the sample and actually clashed with other design features that had already been installed in my kitchen. Initially, I was told that my only option was to purchase a new countertop since natural products can vary; however, Kaitlin from Standard sent comparison photos to the manufacturer and was able to work out a rebuild for my counter. Even though the rebuild delayed the completion of my kitchen, the new counter is really beautiful and was worth the wait."

"Disappointed, I've heard plenty of good things about the company. I however have had nothing but a cold shoulder from them. When I first arrived the individual who helped us gave us the impression we were interrupting her work and made us feel as an inconvenience. After finally going through what we liked & the different options for the styles we were considering & emailing a print we heard nothing back. Two weeks to by & I emailed again asking how the kitchen was going to only be responded it was the next in line. I wait another three weeks email again. This time I don't hear back. It feels as though they don't have time for an individual looking for a kitchen design for a new build. Needless to say I'm disappointed because I liked the cabinets. I guess I'll be buying from elsewhere."
