"I ordered 8 yards of the same fabric. I was sent a 6 yd piece. A week later 2 more yds came. I hadn't realized I didn't have the complete order. The second cut is much brighter. 8 yards should come as 8 yards and not be cut! Even if I can return I will be out the shipping cost and my time"

"My sister bought a set of letter beads here, and there was literally only one A in the entire set. This sort of stopped our ability to make the jewelry we intended to create. Baffling that this even happened, I'm not sure where they get these beads from because there is no brand on the cases. If it is Joann's own brands, they need to have way better quality control when it comes to these things. When we go to get more beads, as we will have to, given the situation, we will not be buying any from Joann's."
