"They treat their employees like dirt, they get yelled at for sitting in their truck to warm up. They get upset when people sit there but never give them a project or tell them what to do. Eric in the office specifically has issues. Avoid working here as Saturdays are now a thing as well."

"Wanted to get some mill work done with trim boards. Waited a couple days and they didn't call back so I stopped by. The excuse I got surprised me. The millwork guy is ready to retire and says he's booked up and unless your building an entire house, we really don't have time to deal with a small project. You might want to try elsewhere. They must really do some kind of business when they can turn work away. I know I won't be back, not even if I'm building an entire house. Seems like they're only after the big bucks."

"Good luck trying to get anyone to help you, there will be a group of employees there, presumably there to help you but too distracted with their circle drinking coffee only to make you feel stupid that you should interrupt them because you want to make a purchase. Worst customer experience for a store supposed to be centered around customer service. Save your time and just go to the other options, at least then you have an opportunity to be helped. Change of leadership may change things until then good luck, you will need it."

"One of my basement windows picked up a rock or something similar, so I contacted the builder of my 5 year old home and they told me they sourced the windows thru Zeeland Lumber. I then put a call into them, and 4 hours later, Mike returned my call and was able to look up exactly what windows we had and get a direct replacement on order. Since it was the 'sash' part that is broken, it's an easy replacement and he shared a youtube video showing the replacement procedure so I can actually do it myself. Can't say enough about their fast, customer-oriented service!"

"My husband works here. They have great benefits. Everyone helps each other out. They are a bit short handed right now. So if your looking for a job I'd start there. Tell them you heard about the offer from Larry's wife lol. Just so I know people are actually reading my reviews ."
