"Friendly and knowledgeable staff with fair prices and quality products. Only reason I took one star was because online price did not match in store price and recliner cost was $70 more than online price. It was still a fair price so I did decide to purchase from them."

"I understand Brummels has a pretty good reputation normally. But unfortunately this "unresolved" situation is causing me to leave a 1 star review. I purchased a used fridge from Brummels (supposedly in good working condition) on May 28th. Unfortunately sometime within a month or two of purchase we noticed the seal (around the fridge door was not sealing) The fridge cannot be used, and no new seal or parts can be purchased. I spent nearly 400$ on this fridge and I can confidently say that the "seal" certainly did not deteriorate within the 3 months I owned it. That material doesn't go bad in 3 months time.They sold me a fridge with a bad seal when I bought it (whether they knew about it or not). They have been unwilling to offer any refund, or repair. If it had been a compressor motor, or something else I can understand no warranty. But for something like this. I expect more decency. I would love to be a happy and satisfied customer.. But with Brummels holding a no compromise, no refund position. I cannot be."

"Joe was very knowledgeable about parts and washers. The sales reps went above and beyond for me. Great local family owned appliance and furniture store. Warren was a great help when picking out my new fridge! Gave me honest info and saved me a lot of money. Thanks again!"

"Bought a stackable washer and dryer. It never washed even one load. It was defective. They would not replace. After 3 weeks of using the laundry mat, several replaced parts, it still didn't work. Had to force a refund. Will never go back. Too bad as we just moved here and I try to support local business. Won't go back."

"Very poor to non existent service after the sale. My refrigerator quite working after about 6 months. They would not provide a loaner and were very rude on the phone. A service person came out and determined that he had to order a new compressor. The compressor came in and now I can't get them to tell me when they are coming back to install it."
