"October 2023 Update: We hired P R Design Build for another project this year. The transformed our lower level into an full suite guest area. They created a design that allowed for an accessible bath with shower. They also created a new laundry center complete with cabinetry and closet doors. We liked the interactive design process and the straight-forward approach to the construction events. P R Design completed the project on-time and with outstanding results. We are pleased with working with them. They have maintained their ability to "wow" us with the results. Take a look at the new pictures! P R Design Build expertly handled all aspects of our remodeling. From the initial planning and scope to the purchase of materials and through the construction phase, our project went very smoothly. We are pleased with the end result and how their quality workmanship transformed our house - It is so beautiful! "I don’t know where to begin with my recommendation. From day 1 with my initial phone call from Eric, the owner, I felt confidence in this company. We had 3 projects that we wanted to have done, one being a waterproof outside storage area under the stairs of our deck, another being a tile job for our basement bar, and the other was indoor storage along a wall of our walkout basement. When we met with Denver, the project manager, to discuss what we wanted he made us feel very comfortable and confident in their abilities. He did not disappoint. It took a little bit of time to get all 3 projects complete as they kept fitting us in between their larger projects that were already on their books. But Denver was great at keeping us informed every Friday as to progress. One of their builders, Austin, was amazing. Every day he was very cordial, courteous, very thorough, and the areas were clean when he left for the day. Any time we had a question for any member of their crew they never made us feel we were a bother. All of their crew members that worked at our house were super great. Now, the quality of their work…. impeccable and precise. In all of the companies we have hired throughout our years of building or remodeling we have never been more satisfied than we are with PR Design.
