"With the severe cold we had last week; the battery died on my Ford Escape. And it was in a garage. I called Ziegler expecting to have to have the Escape towed in. Instead they offered to come to my home and have my Escape repaired on sight. This is a new service they started last year that I was not aware of. What a blessing. Two men showed up on the next available appointment. They were here for 20 minutes and had my Escape running. They were very skilled and personable."

"I was in Elkhart on business from Canada and thought that my starter motor was loose as it has happened in the past. Stopped in and they immediately had me drive through the quick lube pit and checked it for me to make sure that it was tight. They Didn’t tell me I’d have to book an appointment to come back. They just took five minutes and did it. Such a nice people to deal with! Thank you!"
