VC Fresh Marketplace 7300 Highland Road, Waterford Township, MI 48327

"There is produce already spoiled on shelves that's for sale, or spoils the very next day as not properly handled/rotated. But on top of it, $9.00 for a quart of strawberries?! Same brand at Kroger was $5.00. Paying more is ok since they have baggers, but not double on 1 item. Even bought flowers, opened them up to find had mold inside wrapper and had to throw away. Bought flowers again ( a few weeks later ) thinking it was just a bad bundle, they were moldy too. Brought cod home from fresh fish section, when opened, it smelled awful and had to be disposed of. I asked when there next about fish and an employee said to only buy fish there on Thursdays. Meaning what? The cashiers and staff are nice people. They try hard and are friendly. I miss seeing them -but have thrown away too much from VC's that is over priced as is. Good for boxed/canned goods with expired dates for cheap, but there are dollar stores for that ! Even the sale price granola bars are expired. Where do they buy this stuff to sell?"

"Great service and I can always find so many items other stores never carry. Great variety. All the people that work there are so nice, and they actually hire baggers which is a gigantic plus for me as a senior."

"This is a fine grocery store, if you don't have kids. Prices were high on some things but sales were good. Well stocked and lovely, but I was informed at checkout that the kid's car carts aren't allowed outside. So if you have both kids and groceries to get back to the car. . . good luck I guess? They definitely won't offer to help."

"Grocery store with all kinds of options. I really enjoy coming up to the deli to grab a salad and sub for lunch. They subs are huge for $7 and really could feed two people for that. Always super stocked and friendly staff with a huge parking lot. Would recommend here."

"Very clean and large. You can get in and out easily, it was empty of people. Maybe people haven't discovered this place yet. Great selection of any item you could want."
