They are very knowledgeable and experienced. They let us know to prepare for a new furnace and did not try to sell us on any over the top equipment, they gave us an amount that is affordable and would cover the square footage of our home. "Great local father and son business. Recently came back from vacation to find the AC not cooling. Lee was out the next morning and unfortunately it was time for a new one. As an aside, I knew this was coming soon on my 20+ year unit. They absolutely don't try to sell you anything you don't need. By noon the next day my new AC was running. "I called Allen's Service when it was time to have our furnace replaced. Kevin came out the next day to give us an estimate. He arrived on time, answered all of our questions and gave us a quote that was less then we expected. The next week Kevin and Lee installed the furnace. Those two work very well together, they had the furnace installed, operating and completed testing in five hours. Our home was left clean with no sign they were there except for a new furnace.
