"Called for a quote, provided all the details, gave my address, my phone number, etc. The gentleman on the phone was very kind, said he was going to start a file, and told me to call back and after I was able to get measurements. Fast forward, 1 week later, got my measurements, called the company back. The "owner" got on the phone, and said that he had no knowledge of the quote, doesn't know who I spoke to, etc. but he would recommend I call a sub contractor to fix the floor. I kindly said, but you are a flooring company, right? He said yeah, but I have no file for you, no nothing, so I'm not sure what you want me to tell you. Seriously? Horrible Service. Would not Recommend."
