"Terrible/non-existent online customer service. I ordered two products off a wedding registry and only received one (but got charged for both). I emailed their customer service address, no response. I email again a week later, no response. I call, they tell me they will call me back, no response. I email again and call again, the person I need to talk to isn’t in right now, please call back later. I call back later, they still aren’t in, they will call me back. Finally I talk with someone when it was convenient for them: they lost or never processed half my order and claimed that the emails went to my spam box (they did not, I received confirmation emails for the first item just fine) They say they are sending out the order ASAP and should be here in under 10 days. It has been 15 more days so I’m officially filing a dispute with my credit card. They never did respond to ANY of my emails or call with a follow up. What a joke, will never shop here again. Do not recommend."

"Cutler's is famous for their beautiful products. Fun items to look at, ideas for gifts, everything you could want for your home decor and kitchen. But the products are misrepresented by rude and sour salespeople. If you don't like to work with people or have been there too long (yes, I have seen some of your for years) it's time to leave. Stop taking the fun out of my spending spree. My family spends a lot of money in your store through out the year. I would think that's a good thing. If someone touches something I am fairly certain they are aware of the consequences if damaged. Old rule that has stood the test of time. I don't need your sassy eye staring at me. Touching things makes me happy and want to buy. Hope next time I shop there is a different feeling in the air."

"I shop here literally every year for the holidays. You can walk in blind and place your hands on a random shelf and have found the perfect gift for someone. The store is riddled with trinkets, and quality products of the highest standards alike! You can come on a $10/ person budget or have just hit the mega millions and walk out with meaningful gifts for any person in your life. Even if your not shopping for an avid kitchen goer, you can easily find tasteful well recieved gifts that sit beautifully in any kitchen/ dining room etc. Plus more too!! Staff is absolutely great to boot!"
