"No need to shop around, they will take care of you! Great communication and follow through. I’ll be back."
"Great install, very meticulous and overall great service and sales. Would buy from then again!"
"Just needed a couple pieces of equipment, water sample read, and chemicals. Dani was very friendly and helpful. I called later for clarification with the chemicals and Dani was again very helpful!"
"The one staff member that I dealt with each time has been great. Very helpful and nice to work with. It seems like she is the only person there but does a great job!"
"My husband and I purchased a Swimspa and separate hot tub, from The Pool People, when we built our home. Joe, the owner at the time, was fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond to deliver great customer service. We have had two minor issues with this equipment, both were handled in a professional and timely matter. In March, 2022 we noticed a leak from the swim spa. Called The Pool People and set up an appointment for a technician to come out. They never showed up, when we called they said they did not have current information for contact. Set up another date, had them update their records, he came and made a quick repair. We filled up the swim spa and there was still a leak. We called again and this is when we began getting the run around. No returned phone calls, no updates, and when we did get to talk to someone, no one knew what was going on. Total lack of communication and customer service. Finally scheduled for late August. This technician removed 5 bags of insulation and said a part needed to be replaced. He would call us back. Never heard back from him, we called and left messages. This behavior and lack of customer service is unacceptable. A simple phone call to inform us of the status of our repair is certainly not asking too much. We spent thousands of dollars with your company. I strongly suggest you avoid doing business with this company. After not hearing from them, I called and asked to speak with the owner or manager. I was connected with the manager, he listened and said he would check into it. He called me back 10 days later and asked if I had heard from customer service, I had not. Two weeks later, I called him again asking for an update. He said that they no longer had a relationship with the company that made our swim spa and would not be able to fix our spa. Really? Are you kidding me, what a poor excuse for lack of customer service. I was furious after over 9 months of waiting for service. At this point I was very frustrated and felt helpless. My husband decided to go to Appleton and stop in to talk to someone at Master Spas of Northern Wi, they were wonderful! A technician came on March 23rd, he said no problem, he could fix the leak. He returned on April 3rd and repaired the leak. I will never do business with The Pool People again and will not hesitate to share this nightmare with anyone who will listen. Shame on them!!!! In reply to the owner; Our issues had nothing to do with the warranty. The issue was your company not providing service for a product you sold us. Your manager told us they would not be fixing our swim spa, because they no longer had a relationship with Four Winds. Not because they couldn't get the parts, or provide the service, but because they chose NOT to provide the service. The problem was, my swim spa was left in the condition your technician left it and we were left waiting for a repair for months. We did not hear from your company, in a timely manner. All communication was initiated by me. There was a time span of 4 months, from the time the technician was here, and the manager telling me they would not be repairing our spa. That was December, 2022. After Master Spas of Northern Wi came and repaired our spa, I felt it was necessary to write a review. Two weeks after posting the review, I received an invoice from your company. I am sorry, but your company needs to absorb that charge."
