"Went in to purchase oil ask them if they would match a price. The lady up front told me they would. Got to the register and the manager said they don't match prices. But the way the economy is going saving $6 on oil is worth it in the long run."

"Though they had what we needed for our pick up order, more guidance and direction would have been nice. Even while asking, it was a pointed finger and an "over there." Two hours later, we were leaving...ugh"

"Today was a 5* day at the Rhinelander store. Kirk and Becky(?) were fantastic at helping put our 3 different costumer orders together. As a contractor, I really appreciate that kind of assistance. For a change, we got help from one of the yard team with loading drywall..... normally, we have to find a yard member for assistance, today, he found us and made life easier with the forklift - I wish I'd caught his name."

"Good store but I received terrible customer service today, or barely any service at all. Jeanne P and two other older men in the Plumbing section on 5/16/23 were extremely rude. I stood at the service desk waiting for help for a while and they all completely ignored me. Acted like I wasn’t standing there. They also saw me looking around for a while and never asked if I needed help either. I witnessed ANOTHER customer start asking Jeanne a question and she walked right past him and he didn’t even get to finish his question. So upsetting."

"Huge store it's usually not busy compared to other menards I've been to. Love that it's easy to get in and out of parking lot. One associate was worthless and couldn't be bothered when we inquired about a product. But the next 2 were very helpful and we found what we were looking for. They have some great deals. Excited to go back again."
