"I stopped in for a toner drum for my copier and was greeted by David…from across the store as soon as I walked in. He asked if he could help me find anything. Normally when an associate asks if they can help, it’s a half hearted attempt, but right from the start David came across sincere so I let him help. Turns out I had to order the item. David was upfront about the shipping time but once I placed the order was found it would be delivered next day. The level of customer service was exceptional. The other employees seems happy to be there which made for a stress free experience. I can’t say enough about my shopping experience today David’s level of professionalism. The store was well stocked and clean. I wish I could give more stars."
