"I use to get all my building supplies and materials here always had a polite lady name Beth help me then one day I heard they fired her and now every one acts like I’m bothering them when I ask for help guess ill take my business somewhere else ."
"I've got a $1500 lawn ornaments for a snow blower bc Lowes refused to let me return my Ego Snow blower that absolutely does not work. The manager on tried telling me I had to get an RA number from Ego. I called Ego they said they've never given an RA number to a customer bc that's done through dealer support and Lowes would have to do it. I opened a case and waited for a manager on the phone with Ego and got the same story. I went back in to Lowe's to explain this, they told me they cant do anything. Your new return policy is garbage, and you've absolutely stuck me with a $1500 useless hunk of metal. Not to mention the second day I came in to update them on what Ego said the manager on couldn't even be bothered to come up and talk to me. Instead sent up some random employee to tell me they couldn't do anything."
"Pressed call button at paint and waited for 15 minutes and no representative showed although customer service made an announcement for any paint trained representative to assist. I left without purchasing the items I had selected. Poor customer service."
"I really do love Lowes for my local home-improvement needs and I cannot stress enough the app to purchase and pick up items quickly is a godsend. My only complaint is the flooring department. I not only shopped at this Lowe’s, but also a Lowe’s down the street… I had measurements taken at both Lowe’s, and both locations were so dysfunctional I did not go with either for my flooring (tile) needs."
"Lowe’s has always been my go to store for home improvement. However, I visited the local Mishawaka store on11/10/23 at 9:30 am and discovered they have no cashier at the registers. Instead they have someone to assist in the self checkout lane. Hello, move that employee to a register!! I am not on your payroll and I expect better levels of service! There are many folks who hate self checkout, you should always have one register open with an employee at the registers. If you are short staffed then have a supervisor run a register!!!"
