"Bought a gas dryer and it just didn’t get clothes dry! I went in and talked with Julie and she sent a technician straight away to my house. There was nothing wrong with the dryer, the vent was packed with lint!!! Who knows what would have happened if I kept using the dryer that way!! The technician was so nice and there was no charge even though it had nothing to do with the dryer. Thanks Julie’s Used Appliances!!! Happy Buyer!!! I will recommend your business to everyone!"
"This is a great place to buy used appliances they have decent prices and they do have a warranty, so use your appliance a lot in that first month. The first time I bought from them they were pleased that they found and delivered a matching pair of washer and dryer. However. They forgot that the dryer was electric and I needed gas. They very quickly exchanged the dryer. My first used dryer lasted 3 years and the seal on the bottom could have been fixed, however I decided I wanted a few more features and quickly was able to replace. I always put a tray underneath made specifically for washing machines whether I buy new or used to protect my floors."
