"I wanted to use my mperks 10 cents off per gallon. I waited. Canceled the first transaction, thinking that it was just because I had just saved the reward in my app a few minutes earlier. So, I start the process again and I again am not able to use the reward. I get my geas, and as I'm filling up, I'm chatting with the guy on the other side of the pump. He mentioned that he was upset with the rewards aspect too. So it's not just me. I realize that the app has just been revamped, so I'm going to give them a little grace for a little while longer. But, it should be resolved within a month or so!"

"I want to warn!!!!! meijers gift cards they never warn you that when you load a gift card they decide where you and what you can use for it. I went to use two gift cards for gas that I purchased for gifts that I never gave away. So I figured I would use them for gas. Nope. They would not accept their own gift card at their own meijers gas station. Why? Really you took my cash why can I not use it on what I need. Why wouldn’t you tell a consumer this? This is a crock or they don’t stand behind their own gift cards which is concerning. Customers beware"

"Stopped there on a cold windy day on 12/30/18 and went through the arduous routine of entering mPerks, wait, then code, wait, then enter credit card, wait, then zip code, wait, then select if you want a paper copy, wait, then select grade. No gas. I talked with the attendant who told me they were out of unleaded. On all pumps. They couldn’t have put out signs? Or put bags on the Pumps? Or told me on the speaker when I first got out of my car? G-r-r-r. I swear the colder it is outside, the longer each step takes. Speed it up. Again on 4/7/22, another cold windy day, another long entry process on entering my Meijer credit card. Took forever to deny the card. I tried again thinking I might have missed a step. Long wait, denied. Then used my husband’s Meijer credit card, another long wait, denied. Thought maybe I had a problem with my Meijer account. So I used a different credit card. Another long wait, Denied. Did I mention it was a cold windy day? So I went to a different pump and tried my card, denied. I went inside and the teller said they were having problems with the card reader in the pumps so I could prepay inside and then pump. Fine. Could they put a sign out? Could she announce it on the speaker?"

"Interesting policy that Meyer refuses to give their gasoline prices over the phone but they will advertise them on the highway. That just goes to show what you get with big corporate entities instead of smaller businesses . And I realize that at the end of the day the price of gasoline doesn’t really matter because you’re going to buy it anyway so there’s that , I also acknowledge however that not giving the price of a product over the telephone is a real shafty way to do business . Edit to original post -just out of curiosity I called my local gas station in the area and they were glad to tell me the price of their fuel over the telephone and I thanked them for it ."
