"I went to Tracy to buy parts for my 77 vette, I was lucky Dennis was on the phone at least 20 minutes with a personal call, as I being disabled walk with cane and braces on each leg stood and waited for service without a word from him. After losing my patience I walked out and he lost several thousand in business from me.
