"I do not know who owns AutoZone in Farminton,MI but they need to fire the whole crew. I brought in a lug nut to have it sized up so I could buylug nut locks for my trailer.. I know there is a standard to measure lug nuts and the only thing the girl could say was that there are 1000 of lug nuts and she could not help me. Give me a break.what kind of morrons do you hire to run your stores. I went across the street Oh Reilieys and in ten minutes I had my locking lug nuts and cable lock for my spare. I do not believe your business"

"Not impressed with Auto Zone, I got a defective part, the manager gave me a hard time, asked me who installed it, I did, I'm a ASE Master Mechanic...for 25 years.. worked for Ford, GM, and Firestone. What annoys me, he wouldn't refund the part after I showed him the issue, he wanted to see where I bought the new one from...are you kidding me.,...I showed him...after a hard time, he refunded it..This is unacceptable...the part nearly ruined a 3-6k, rear end....as cv shaft was defective...... I showed him and he was rude, in East Pointe store...after 15 years of going there, I won't go again,.....to be treated this way...I hate to see what they do to non mechanics..."
