"For some strange reason. I have never been able to get a clear explanation for temporary tire services. Either theyc an assist but you need to leave your car over night or they don't and refer you to somebody else.. One time they even closed early. There is no excuse for poor customer service."
"Brought my car there yesterday to have a tire inspected that was getting very low. It had previously been inspected by another location and I was told it just needed to be cleaned both times. This location said that was all it was as well and they cleaned it again. Halfway home yesterday my tire I realized my tire was showing a bit low but figured I would just watch it and take it back if needed again, I should have just turned around. This morning my tire was completely flat and had to get a spare put on. I called and told them what happened and they said they would not be able to get to it today to fix it even though they completely sent me off with a torn tire they supposedly inspected yesterday. I am at another location now and for the last 4 hours and they just showed me the large cut in my tire that apparently happened very recently, they were very surprised and cant figure out how that was missed and they sent me off like that. This is my last time ever going to any Belle Tire but especially this one."
