"Worst service shop that I've ever seen from a RAM dealer. Short handed, probably cause know one wants to work there! They act like they don't want you there like your a burden to them. I wont go there again for service on my truck. The parts dept is ok. I don't know about the sales people. But the service dept needs overhauled!!!"

"My car shut off and it stars again, so I took to this dealer yo fix it, they changed some parts and said is ready, but next day same problem, I took again yo the dealer and they keep it for 2 months, I got a call saying car is ready again, I paid $2,000.oo whit 2 years warranty. But they never fix it, I took it for 3rd time to dealer and they keep again for 2 months (fixing the car) they call me again said is ready.... next day it suhf off again... I went to dealer and asked what's wrong? And supervisor shop said is because we are GUESSING... I ASK FOR 50% BACK OF MONEY I PAID, BUT NOW THEY SAID IT IS ANOTHER COMPANY...."
