"Pulled into TAYLOR DISCOUNT TIRE. This morning not knowing what to expect. I had brought my own tires that I bought online. Let me tell the CUSTOMER SERVICE that I encountered was EXCELLENT, starting from walking in the door, WILL was so friendly and inviting it was awesome WILL has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME . He walked out to my truck to check out my tires and said it wouldn’t be a problem they could take care of me AND HE DID!! I he had me out the door in no time. Also the guys in the shop were excellent they worked together like a team once again it was the best customer service I have encountered in a long time , I recommend them to everyone GREAT JOB!!!"

"Appointment Process: as a 20 year customer an expectation would be to expect decent service. The appointment process does not work. 90 min wait after making basic appointment for a tire rotation. If a “no charge” appointment does not fit into the queue it should be noted. Second time this has happened. Maybe in the times we are in poor service is the norm! The Taylor Michigan location has gone down hill."

I called the store to ask them if they could clean up my rim leak during the tire change, and they got me in the same afternoon (one of their associates even drove to pick up the tires, which were not in stock).
