"Called and asked if they have open install appointments and they said no. Okay no problem, it was the last minute. THEN, i asked about a price...and then the guy on the phone told me it could be "tricky". I asked him what they actually DO, and he told me that " he's not going to go over how they install things..hes not an installer." Absurd way to talk to customers and having an audio background myself.... (this is a simple install i could easily do but am CHOOSING not to) When i dove further into the specifics of it all the level of unprofessionalism is amazing. Shop with caution, because if you don't let them finesse you, they are going to get ridiculous fast. I run 30 customer facing retail sales people out of 6 locations and if i would have EVER overheard one of my people talk to a customer like this guy did. I would fire them on the spot. I wont ever be back or give this place any business again."
