Frankly, does it matter who looked at my car or how I know. I needed parts, and your stuff chose to question me on everything. In addition, I got grunts of annoyance because I didn't know exactly what fuse # my relays came from. I brought in my parts. I also indicated, I could easily point them out on a chart if supplied with one. Then, instead of helping me locate the parts I needed, they sent me off to do my own research on the internet. Thank you for telling me I'm a woman with out telling me I'm a woman. In 44 years, I've never felt my sex got in the way until I walked into your store. Won't be back, I'll find REAL help."
