"After taking in my truck for the rear end I brought it back because after a second look at it they put in the wrong axel. The person in the office first started arguing with me that I was wrong about what was going on, then later called me back and said that I was right. But also would have to pay another $900 to “fix it” again. Lousy customer service, and even less of common courtesy."

"My car broke down and it was looking grim. I called Good care auto repair and within a day of my phone call i got my car up there and inspected. The day after that i got a call that i was good to pick my car up and the staff was extremely helpful and generous with warranty and my final bill even letting me know what i should take care of next and what could be held off for a while. I wont be going here just because its close ill be going here because everyone here took care of me. They earned these 5 stars."

"Zero stars. Highly disappointed in the customer service that I was given today. Came in to get some tires put on my truck and they destroyed my rims scratched them told me there was nothing they could do about it. The staff was very rude. Borderline hostile. They said they would do nothing for me to help repair the damages they caused. Do not recommend avoid this place at all Costs. will be contacting the better business bureau and whoever else I can just to let people know that this place sucks Please read their comment below. There was zero paper work done, before or during my visit. Blatant lie. Sad you guys took this long to reply. But from the looks of it I'm not the only person blasting you for garbage service and quality of work. But again, I looked for a bargain and learned a lesson. If you value your vehicle and value the quality of work being done, you are far better off taking your hard earned money elsewhere."
