"I took my BMW to their shop. And had appointments to clean two more vehicles that I own. After I went back to pick up the BMW I was not pleased at all there was still candy in the backseat from my children that they didn't even try to clean. So I took the car back to give him a second opportunity to make it right I just picked the car back up and let's just say it's no change I expected a full detail and for the job they did I could have went to the car wash and had the guys clean my vehicle for $20 and do the same job I recommend you do not go here."

"Do not go here! They damaged my car horribly. I had beautiful chrome inside my Lincoln, they used cleaner that removed all the lustre from the chrome leaving it dull and grey instead of shiny and silver. The worst part was dealing with the owner, he was nothing more than a foul mouthed rude, immature and unprofessional. He admitted they screwed up but then when I wanted my money back he backpedalled and decided to call me names."

"Plain and simple nothing about this place says professional detailing. I brought my e550 black Mercedes Benz to have a ceramic coating done and new window tint on the car replaced and received a horrible out come. The aftermath of the ceramic left scratches in the paint that the retailer claims was already in the pant which made no since, being that's part of the whole process of paint correction for ceramic coating. The window tint person shows up 3 hrs late and says my car didn't need new tint. If I'm requesting the service and willing to pay for it who cares just do the job and get paid. The owners brother which is the manager nice guy but business is business but the service I truly would not recommend."
