Belle Tire

"Called this location to schedule an appointment for a tire rotation. Was asked if I would be leaving my car because it takes them 2 hours. I confirmed, a tire rotation with an appointment takes you 2 hours? He said yes that is how long it takes. I immediately called a different Belle Tire and was told with an appointment, a tire rotation would take 45 minutes. Terrible for them to hold cars with appointments hostage for 2+ hours for a service that takes 20-30minutes to perform."

"Shawn at the front corner was outstanding! Professional, pleasant and helpful. The repair to my tire was done quicker than I expected. Waiting area was comfortable. I've been a customer there many times and have always had excellent service. Highly recommend this Belle Tire!"

"Dropped a tire off to be replaced, was told it would be a couple days. That was fine. I was going to pick it up on a Tuesday morning. I called the night before and asked if they could take the spare off and put the new tire on really quick when I picked the tire up. I was told no problem. I told him time was tight i had to drive my mom to the airport. He said it wont be an issue.I get there Tuesday morning and the guy working at the first counter by the door said I would have to leave the car there it would be hours. I told him I was told on the phone night before they could doo it really quick. He said nobody would tell me that, implying I'm a liar. After practically begging and pleading he got me in next. I appreciate that but shouldn't have to beg. If I am told something on the phone, I should be able to believe it. He was very passive aggressive overall, trying to make me feel stupid. Then as I'm waiting I hear him on the phone with another customer about a part. He was genuinely arguing on the phone with a customer. Once again trying to make them feel stupid. After he gets off the phone with him/her he starts laughing and making fun of that customer with a coworker. Then to top it off the person bring my car out was rude. I said thank you so much and he gives me a dirty look and walks away. Absolutely terrible service. I work in retail, I know what good customer service is. This is not it!!!"

"Great place to get work done, definitely treated very well. Mark and Richard were very helpful. I watched all employees interact with a few people that came in while I was waiting, wonderful customer service. Belle Tire was a godsend. Thanks"

"Shawn is so great. He got me in and out on a Saturday, with a last minute drop off and the store closing soon. A+ customer service and I was treated like a valued PERSON. (Making sure I had a ride, a safe place for my kids, etc.) if you go to this location, talk to Shawn directly… he’s the kindest, hardest worker at this location. Hands down."
