"i’ve been going to Mickie Shores since 1975 again they took care of me as always I’ve had many vehicles audio Change, and Micky sure is the place to go. I had a problem with one of my stereos. I went and seen Dylan Jones at the Royal Oak store you more than accommodated me, took care of everything with a friendly smile and a hand shape highly recommend. Gary A"

"I've had atleast 5 alarm systems installed at this location. Dylan is my hero and saved the day He is a great asset to your company! But the assistant manager Sean Gepner who took my order gave me the worst experience I have put up with ever! I still spent my money because I really needed an auto starter. When I returned to get my car, all my electrical functions where dysfunctional... rear hatch didn't work, radio display didn't work, just to name a few. Went back in Sean hesitated, came out didn't even go near the vehicle told me how I wasn't operating the features on a car I drive every day. Then walked back in the store... I thought maybe I need to let the system adjust but it said all my doors were open so I went back in and Dylan helped me came out got in the passenger seat and observed enough to say I do think its safe to drive took it back in and the installer knew right away the settings on the alarm system didn't match my factory alarm and in one minute fixed it and Dylan drove it back out and I thanked him for helping me because if not for his professionalism I'd be on my own! I'm torn about doing business with this location but I don't want to negatively affect Dylan..."

"So my boyfriend got this speaker installed in my wrangler and the day of installation, the manager somehow did not know who we were after he spoke to him over the phone. We drove there only to have to drive back because somehow our appt was not on file. So we came back and installation had to be done twice because I told him specifically I wanted the speaker on the left side of my trunk, back facing the seats. I'm right handed so my trunk organizer stays on the right and I needed the back facing the seats so that I could have more room for groceries and what not. I also told him I switch out my trunk mat so I wanted to be able to slide out from under the speaker. Fast forward to today when I go to slide my mat out, this soace cadet ran the wires through the hole in my mat!!! That hole is specifically to anchor the mat down, not run wires! So now which one of y'all will unplug and re-plug my speaker so that I can remove my mat?!"
